Make it stand out.
For this project I found three books that correlated with the word “Silence. My chosen books are The Silence by Tim Lebbon (Book 1), The Weight of Silence by Greg Olsen (Book 2) and When Silence Screams by Mark Edward Langley (Book 2).
The Silence tells the story of a family escaping from blind creature that hunt by sound. Though these books are very different it many ways they echo the concept of silence. Book 1 emphasizes the phisicallity of silence and how it can be used as a form of protection. Book 2 and 3 represents how there is a sense dread and sorrow within silence and even in the presence of sound silence may conctually occure.

The Weight of Silence tells the story of a detective’s return home where she has solve a case of the death of a child. When Silence Screams follows a private investigator who is asked to locate a missing teenage girl.
